Repair & prep
Any welding repairs and fettling are done first, then items are cleaned, and stripped or blasted where needed.
Mask & coat
Threads and contact faces are masked, then the powder goes on evenly.
Cure
Everything is baked in the oven so the powder flows out into a hard, smooth finish.

Our workshop is on the Ballinderry Road in Lisburn, a short run from Belfast and the M1. Customers come to us from all over, and trade customers send work from across Northern Ireland.

How do I get a price?
The quickest way is our online quote form. Tell us what the items are, roughly how big, how many and what colour, and add a few photos. You'll get a reference straight away, and we'll come back to you with a price. Or call Terry on 07557 538721.
How is the price worked out?
Mainly by the surface area being coated, plus any repairs or preparation needed, the colour and the finish. Small jobs have a minimum charge. Every quote is itemised, so you can see what you're paying for.
Can you repair it before it's coated?
Yes. We weld and fettle as well as coat, so broken brackets, cracked frames and rough welds can be sorted first, all in one place. Just mention it on the quote form.
Do I need to strip the old paint first?
No. Just tell us the current condition (new metal, previously painted, rusty or galvanised) and we'll include the right preparation in your quote.
Can you do my wheels with the tyres on?
No. The coating is cured at high temperature, so tyres, valves, sensors and any rubber or plastic parts need to be removed first.
How long will it take?
It depends on the size of the job and how busy we are. We'll give you a date when we quote, and let you know as soon as it's ready to collect.
